Classic Småland body cakes from Blomgren's chark on Brännkyrkatan. Well filled with pork, onion, black and allspice.

It is best to fry them in butter and serve with lingonberries, or heat them in lightly salted boiling water and serve with thick cream or melted butter and lingonberries.
